History
RC DAS ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED., started its modest journey in the year 1993 with a setup of only one heavy lathe machine. We began our services by machining Fan Shafts for M/s. Howden (Formerly FLAKT India Ltd., Chennai). In a short span of time, our operations have grown multi-fold and presently, we are manufacturing Specialised Products like Kiln Support Roller Bearings, Clinker Breaker Assembly, Membrane Coupling, and Classifiers for Cement Plant OEM’s and Coal Mill Classifiers for Power Plant OEMs all over India. We are equipped with various modern machineries such as 6 meter DRO VTL, 5 Meter, 3 meter, 2 Meter & 1.4 Meter CNC VTL Machines, Computerised Balancing Machine, CNC Floor Boring Machine and 20 Heavy Duty Lathes.
Our Machine Shop is exclusively equipped with an array of large and extra-large machines to perform machining on a single piece weighing more than 30 tons. RC DAS Engineering has around 20 years of expertise in manufacturing heavy equipment for Cement, Sugar, Power and other related process industries thereby earning a good reputation in the manufacturing sector. Over the years, under the visionary leadership of our Managing director Mr. G. Venu, RC DAS Engineering has reached the pinnacle of product excellence and superior quality.
